Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your commitment to learning and strive to provide the best educational experience. However, as our courses are digital in nature, certain restrictions apply to refunds and cancellations.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of course purchase.
- Course Progress: If a student has completed more than 30% of the course content (tracked through our platform), no refund will be issued, regardless of the 24-hour policy.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- After 24 hours of purchase.
- If more than 30% of the course has been completed.
- For promotional or discounted courses.
- Technical issues caused by user hardware, software, or internet connectivity.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests can be initiated by emailing our support team at contact@cayeit.com.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Course Name
- Reason for Refund Request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Once a course is purchased, cancellations are not allowed.
- Students are encouraged to review the course details carefully before purchase.
5. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional cases (e.g., platform malfunction or inability to access the course), refunds may be issued at CAYEIT’s discretion.
