How colours affect our Life?
Colours play a pivotal role in our lives, intertwining with both Ayurvedic wisdom and scientific understanding to influence our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. In Ayurveda, colours are seen as manifestations of the five elements (mahabhutas) and help balance the body’s three doshas. This interplay of colours can influence our mood, mental clarity, and even physiological functions such as blood pressure and metabolism. By embracing the harmonious balance between Ayurvedic insights and modern science, we can harness the power of colours to enhance our daily lives, from the foods we eat and the clothes we wear, to the environments we inhabit, fostering a holistic sense of health and harmony.
