Frequently asked questions
Every CAYEIT certificate carries a unique ID (for example CAY-2026-7KX4QP) and a QR code. Scanning the QR code opens the verification page directly.
The holder's name, the programme, the issue date and whether the certificate is currently valid. No other personal details are shown.
Check the ID for typing mistakes (0 and O, 1 and I). If it still does not match, write to contact@cayeit.com with a copy of the certificate and we will confirm it manually.
